Prezzo in Horsham shut, and I think for the same reason I am adding this review. This restaurant offers the discriminative practise of being cashless. 42% of disabled people have no card. 29% can't use their card independently. 20% of elderly use cash daily. All homeless use cash. Majority of kids use cash. Appalled. We are the customers, we decide how to pay.

Kids garlic bread and pizza tiny and burnt Macaroni cheese (nice) but seriously over priced. Salad soggy. The staff were extremely grumpy except one. One staff member was verging on rude. When I mentioned issues they were dismissed. You could get a far better meal elsewhere. Shame.

Tried to get a table but we were turned away by the manager at 19:15 due to being "fully booked" when almost half of tables were free. We then booked online for a later time slot of 19:45 when we returned we were given a hostile look, I smiled and said hello we have a booking, to which she replied that is not how it works and reluctantly showed us to your table. The reason for two stars is because the other waiters/waitresses were very professional and the food was very nice!

Saw the news of site closures on 24 April and all I can sayis I feel sorry for much odf the staff at risk of job loss. Prezzo was once a restaurant I exitedly looked forward to dining in when ever I excursioned or just wanted agreat dining experience. Sadly your dishes have somewhat declined from their great historical offerings;I draw reference to the truly disgusting salmon pizza ;poorly presented and extremely awful to the tasteis I wrote of previously (this wss an awful waste of grst salmon). Aside from the initial contact for more info no reply was received..I used another account at time to describe my unfortunate experience (the lady who attended to me was very good). I GENUINELY am dismayed Prezzo is having to close sites, but one cannot separate failure to act on customer feedback, with decline; we'll vote with our, feet. The only seemilyng bitter, pill advice I can now offer as a sincere but former customer of Prezzo is to carefully study the business model /strategy of Pizza Express, extracting its more rcommon sense parts and ditch some of the very awful plates which have now sadly made a once great Prezzo, just not worth the money :(. It remains my hope Prezzo can yet recover some of its lost allure which once made a cut above other dining establishments.

Very overpriced for the quality. Used 2for1 voucher, which made the price more reasonable. Lack of soft drinks (except juice) without artificial sweetener. Kids chicken burger very dry. Would not return.

Sorry to say: mass-production and nearly no emotion. In other word: the food not realy bad, but on the other hand also nothing special. The interior doesn't gave us a Italian feeling, and the service and presentation of the dishes has been nearly without emotions. Vegetarian options: yes they have vegie dishes, but as I mentioned before, nothing special.

We went for a family lunch and was greeted by the friendliest host. We ordered a lot we were hungry and thirsty, our starter was delicious. My husband and sons mains were served and I was given my side of a mixed salad, and ordered the lobster and crab ravioli. I was left waiting for my main and had to ask two servers for the dish. It arrived swimming in oil and the pasta was raw. The pizzas were glorious and I'm a little bit annoyed that we were happy to have drinks and dessert but after that we decided to go elsewhere!
