Completely fraudulent outlet. We booked and paid for a corporate candle making class (nearly £1k) months in advance, and when we called to confirm an arrival time we were told they couldn't host us due to lack of staff. When we walked past they were holding another class. Our emails and calls have been ignored/blocked ever since and we have still not received a refund or even an apology. Avoid at all costs.
