    Rooms: We were grateful for the in-room tea and coffee service, TV, and mini-fridge. It was also a pleasant surprise to have flyers for different sights around Kent! Safety: The house and parking lot outside were gated and locked, requiring a key to enter after 10pm for the parking lot, and at all times to enter the house. We felt very secure. The neighborhood also seemed nice. Food & drinks: The breakfast was incredible, and the ability to have hot tea or coffee in the room was great!

    Absolutely wonderful, a real gem of a place. A very warm welcome from Sue & Andy, such a lovely place to stay. The room was perfect, a super comfy bed, big fluffy pillows and a lovely warm quilt (it was like lying on a cloud covered with a giant marshmallow 😁). The breakfast options are brilliant and very versatile. My wife is a coeliac and she enjoyed a gluten free full English for the first time away from home (lots of places say gf breakfast but it normally consists of bacon, egg and or mushrooms, tomatoes). When we came "home" from our day out, Sue suggested a few places for an evening meal. We decided on the local Beefeater and Sue even booked us a table and gave us a voucher for 40% off. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Pretty Maid House, we certainly would stay again.

    Over more than two years we have stayed at this B&B once a month for one or two nights and each visit has never failed to please. The hosts Andy and Sue have the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable with lovely en suite showers, always with lots of hot water. They provide good linen and towels and everywhere is impeccably clean. There is a good choice of breakfasts and they are cooked and presented to the high standard the owners set themselves in all aspects of running their business. Highly recommended!

    Outstanding B&B. Spotlessly clean, lovely & warm Room with plenty teas & coffees, fresh milk provided in a bottle, unlike milk jiggers in many other B&Bs. Andy & Sue are lovely hosts & made you feel at home. Superb Breakfast served fresh & hot. Definitely stay here again whenever around this area. 5 ⭐ Luxury Accomodation.
