I have had real mixed experiences with Pretty. Two years ago the girls that did my nails were great. More recently though the standards have been lower. I recently booked a Mani / Pedi. I was persuaded to do a gel Mani as it would last longer . 4 days in very chipped. It's now day 6 and two nails have completely peeled off. The only response I've had was for me to let the same person come back and do my nails, which obviously I was not keen for. Now I am being ignored on email and no one is picking up the phone. Unhappy customer UPDATE - I was refunded in the end but will stick with going to my local nail bar
