Glasses were great, delivery quick however they sent what looked like a used case. Emailed and they sent another case after asking for photos (the person who checked them before dispatch would have clearly seen the case was battered) the second case was better but still didn’t look brand new.

I have bought glasses from Pretavoir twice previously and have been very impressed with the value, service, and quality. However, the lenses in my recent glasses don't seem to correctly match the prescription I uploaded when purchasing. Furthermore, the lenses themselves feel a little loose in the frames. One has almost fallen out, and I have had to readjust it. So a few small issues.

Excellent web site with virtual try on , which is very useful, on arrival I didn't know about the RB (rayban)logo etched onto one lens which I thought was a scratch, the company promptly explained but maybe this should be on the website. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect so I had to request a refund, payment from me was instant but refund takes 7 days from arrival back to the company. Overall good service but the above points would make it an excellent company
