Excellent experience. Deepak in the Fulham branch helped me from start to finish to realise my curtain dream for a very wide window in the living room. He worked with me and the curtain fitters to come up with a solution where things got a little tricky fitting a double track. So pleased with how the curtains turned out, they have transformed the room - would recommend.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Alienor and the team at Pret a Vivre for my new blinds. Like a lot of people I have been working from home and needed to make the spare room a “Zoom” friendly home office. I thought this would be a difficult task in lockdown but Alienor was able to guide me through the process without having to go into the showroom. As a starting point Alienor asked for images of my windows and simple width and height measurements – she suggested that I create my own personal mood board of fabrics and images on the website that I liked which we then discussed via a WhatsApp video call. The quote came through promptly which was a little bit more than an online company but as they didn’t offer a measuring or fitting service it was an easy decision to place another order with Pret a Vivre. My blinds were made and fitted within 4 weeks and they really do look great and fit the bill perfectly – I highly recommend Pret a Vivre!

Extremely happy with the Pret A Vivre beautiful products and great customer service. Despite the lock down challenges, especially when it was not possible to see the fabrics in the studio, it has been a successful project and smooth sailing from start to the end, with a very happy end customer for our interior design project. Deepak was very knowledgable and patient when answer all our questions. Fitting went well and earlier than expected.
