Treated our Dottie with dignity and respect, kind and compassionate, we were so grateful to be able to see our girl at peace looking so well before we bought her home. Sadly we had to use prestwood crematorium yesterday to say a final goodbye to our beautiful boy,we cannot praise them highly enough for the care, compassion and respect that they showed our beautiful boy,we took him in the morning and were able to pick him up in the afternoon,we felt at ease leaving him, knowing he was being cared for, everything we asked for was no trouble and he came back to us beautifully,we are absolutely heartbroken and devastated but would not hesitate to use them again when the time is needed,thankyou to you all for making an extremely difficult day a little easier💔😥💔😥

Despite our very careful and clear instructions, our beloved 15.5 year old retriever was cremated with her favourite Teddy which we wanted back. She had this for nearly 15 years to carry round and lay her head on. Absolutely gutted.
