    Very unwelcoming. No seating for waiting parents. Staff pull blinds at reception desk thus making themselves unavailable. Really no service or good customer experience. Sort it out South ayrshire council.

    Solid gym after the renovation, it’s a council maintained gym so not for the diehard bodybuilders but certainly a great pick for any casual and semiprofessionals. Opening times in my opinion should be extended but other than that it’s not a bad gym to get your daily workout. -1pt - Staff can be rude and demand you tell them your age when using weighted equipment. New Council policy I'm assuming. Not the customer service anyone wants.

    Re-Opening Review 12.09.22 Excellent. New Gym and New Comprehensive Equipment. New Lockers and Showers (£1 Coins). Good Shower Pressures...and Hot. Staff smiley and happy to work there in their newly refurbished premises. Parking V Good and close. Price Great.
