Excellent customer service from dedicated staff. Each experience has matched my needs as an instructor. The facilities are excellent for groups and individuals, there's plenty of room, and a wide variety of challenges, sufficient fixed ropes and auto-belays. The bouldering section is great for coaching. Coffees and teas if you need them.

Nice gym, only got to try the bouldering this time. Some nice problems. Next time I'm up that way I'll try the rope area and see what that's like.

Ace for bouldering, huge area, loads of routes and not overly busy. Trad climbing area particularly good and the old wall section is great to see what the sport evolved from and try an original indoor wall from back in the day. Cracking place

Good facility and improved since the refurb/takeover. However the pricing is so off. I understand some price increase but it has doubled in price since the take over. I know their are magic times but it does get very busy during those now. I just don't get how this is more expensive than better and bigger walls all around the country (even in the cities like manc, sheffield and london), especially in a deprived area and being based in a council owned community leisure centre. Just a shame; pricing out of participation for so many.
