I regular bus traveller but from last few weeks the public transport has not been safe in preston area as yesterday was travelling from Bus station on 43 at 03:21pm the driver was drunk and was not at all stopping for passengers also multiple time hit the pavements I was only able to get down 7 stops further than my stop than took a cab to comeback. I try to contact Bus station but no one responded. Be careful from Drunk Driver hope they will investigate and set up an example for playing with passengers life.

LABEL THINGS CLEARLY! I very nearly missed the last bus home because all your bus stands are numbered but on the departure board the stand for my bus was labelled as CS. What does that mean??? Last I checked, CS isn't a number. Apparently it means 39, because after running from one end of the station to the other that's where I happened upon my bus. Otherwise it seemed alright. Clean enough and it had toilets so that's good of you.
