The item I ordered was not the measurements stated on the website. I measured myself in centimeters and ordered as per the measurements given in the sizing description. The item was not just a little bit big, it was enormous. Smiffys have agreed to a refund but they will not refund postal fees. They say: "All of Smiffys products are designed to fit the following body measurements, however some of our items may vary & this should only be used as a guide" We cannot guarantee a fit, this is also covered in our Terms & Conditions on the website, if you would like to have a look at them below; So, their sizing charts are meaningless and their terms and conditions cover this.
