They are Amazing...Bless them..we are in our way to Scotland..coming from London,our add blue system almost failed ..so,when we called them as the last minute resort,the blonde lady...was so kind to call us to the garage..and the gentlemen from Jeep was kind to have a look and fix our issue after 4 hrs of trying to find someone that can do it...they All have been Amazing...Thank You so much!!!Adrian

🤔 up to now not happy with FIAT full stop. Fiat Preston is a main dealer , I am also in touch with Fiat Italy via the Fiat uk phone number. Nobody apparently has numbers for other departments!! They don’t know emails to use!! It’s like banging your head against a Fiats brick wall. Interestingly although Fiat is a major company , not one person I have spoken to in regard to my issues in this country knew who the head of Fiat UK was !! Not a good advertisement for Fiat Watch this post for any updates Still waiting for Fiat to repair my MH 17,500 miles on the clock… turbo, wiring looms plus other parts damaged by water getting into engine compartment via … wheel arch !! Still in warranty but Fiat have now said it’s not covered by extended warranty… MH is not 3 years old. Not happy with FIATs response so far.

I bought my car second hand from PMP just before Christmas. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle but as I dug deeper, things got a lot worse. They are evasive, economical with the truth, didn't check the car properly, say one thing and do (or not) another, damaged the car when it's being worked on and then denied all responsibility. I was moving to take thing further when I was contacted by Adam, the new manager to resolve the situation. To give credit, he has now resolved the remaining issues and put right the damage. What a difference a new manager can make. All I can hope is that the positive changes continue and that their reputation can start to slowly improve. I've updated my rating to reflect the recent improvement.
