Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. This site is exceptionally well organised and run. I sometimes use a recycling centre in South Gloucestershire - the staff there seem to think their job is to shout at people if they do something wrong. Quite the opposite in Lancashire; this is possibly the best recycling centre I have ever used. Thank you, everybody.

Staff are amazing and a credit to the centre. The issue I have is with above that, no place for hard plastics recycling. No summer opening hours. Which means everything has to be a rush at the weekend and knowing how Preston grinds to a halt after 4pm, it seems short sighted.
