Visited Preston Hearing Care Centre for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the first class service I received. Walking in to an inviting reception and being greeted by happy and friendly staff instantly put me at ease. My hearing test was carried out by Saminah who was just fabulous. She has a calming presence and is very knowledgeable in her role. Saminah explained everything and ensured my visit was a pleasant one. Thank you to all the staff!

Visited Simon after a year for a check up on my hearing and to see if the Hearing aids needed adjustment. As previously really excellent service from Simon who took time to look at my ears and carry out a small adjustment to the hearing aids. All done very professionally and not rushed, Simon took time to understand my usage through the last year the user settings I had set up along with checking my hearing aids, cleaning them thoroughly and then testing my ears for any further hearing loss.
