I don't understand how they calculate a council tax so confusing every month my council tax change. I phoned already many times why every month changed the lady said because it depends my wage every month so meaning my payments is automatically updated so why i still bloody owe you. My wage was £348 and they took £86 no mercy. I phoned again so why i still owe money all the time

Awful as usual. And don’t waste your time going to the Town Hall in the hope of speaking to someone face to face, as the receptionist just points you over to some phones in the corner - so you’re just ringing through to someone in the same office you’re stood in. Appalling
