Probably the worst store in Britain. I have been to many SD stores and had a varied but on the whole decent experience. This store takes the biscuit. The staff don't give a toss. I went in after some trainers and had to wait ages for someone to serve me. When she came to me no eye contact, very abject and disinterested. I asked for other sizes it seemed very hard for her and I felt she did not either like me or didn't want to be there. Rubbish. I ended up leaving thinking nobody cares here. I would give a 0 but 1 star is too many. This has happened twice.

They have good stock here and plenty of sizes if you're wanting to try on shoes, however the 2 female members of staff I interacted with were quite rude and unfriendly. Probably won't shop in this branch again.

I’ve had the worst experience purchasing from the store than I have any other store. I ordered shoes in September and now it’s February and I still have not received them. They will deliver the next day. However, the stuff has been extremely slow and still have been and to scan and I have not been able to get them. I don’t understand what the delay is and why it has taken three months to scan shoes. I have wrote multiple emails to sports direct however, I have not got one single response yet.

what a absolute mess this place is, went today to take my daughter to get new shoes, i must have gave this gentleman at least 7-8 pairs of shoes like 1 pair of them they had in the size needed. poor chap only man on the floor sorting people’s needs out was run off his feet. 1. sort out your stock levels it’s a absolute mess. 2. have more staff on. in the end i headed to hopscotch, and paid £48 for a decent pair of school shoes for my daughter, yes a lot more money but i was happy to pay my hard earned money there after this shoddy ordea at sports direct roundhay.
