    I purchased a Presto product from an eBay seller but when it arrived, I noted there were some fairly vital parts missing. After first making the eBay seller aware, I contacted Presto in the hope they might be able to provide me with replacement parts, although my expectation was that they would not be interested in my problem because I had not purchased directly from them. I could not have been more wrong. Presto went out of their way to establish what was missing and then provided me with a replacement, which arrived at my home two days later. Fantastic product and customer support and my surprise at their readiness to assist cannot be overstated.
