    I had my wheel welded here a few months ago which failed so had it booked in to fix the problem which I had to wait over a week for which wasn’t ideal. My appointment was booked for 8.30am and was informed the job would take around an hour. One hour passed and I noticed my vehicle was still parked up so I asked the reception who told me it would be another hour wait but on top of that another hour for the job which would of resulted in me waiting for 3 hours. Nobody had the decency to inform me they were running behind or even call me this morning to let me know. As I don’t have 3 hours spare I’ve now had to leave without the job being done. If I could leave this company 0 stars I would. Time management and customer service is appalling and I’d avoid at all costs or bare in mind if you make an appointment for 1 hour you will more than likely be sat there for hours on end.
