Wheels refurbished ok, but after putting tires back wheels were not balanced... I lost another £60 for balancing my wheels somewhere else. Arrangement to put wheels back on terrible, messy customer service unless you drive a Lamborghini or at least a 50K Range Rover

Spoke to Shaun and another one of his colleagues (can’t remember her name) but they were both very helpful and somewhat knowledgeable too about spacers that I was after for my car. Met Shaun in person and what a cool guy he is, as he managed to pair my spacers up with non chrome bolts too. Basically got me exactly what I needed without me directly asking for it.
