I took my vehicle in for some warranty repair work recently, following a shocking delivery from a well known national dealer. The vehicle suffered water ingress from an unknown location that was causing havoc to the inside of the vehicle. Nick from Prestige Vehicle Repairs was very professional in handling my claim and liased with the dealer and warranty company directly untill my issue was resolved. My vehicle is now like new and I'm really happy with the result. I will now be using this garage for all my future service requirements and more. Highly recommended, thank you!

I had recently taken my BMW to Sytner for a quote to repair my rear windscreen blind, which was no longer moving and to repair my boot which was no longer operating via the foot sensor, as well as this my rear entertainment tablet had stopped connecting to my car. I was quoted £3800 for a new tablet as apparently the tablet i had was for another car, the VIN was wrong and would NEVER connect to my car. I was quoted £6500 for a new module and wiring harness to resolve the issues with my blind and boot operation. They estimated around 8 hours labour. I have insured warranty with BMW too but they chose not to honour it, not sure why! I took my car to Nick at Prestige Vehicle Repairs. I dropped it off at 10am, 2 hours later Nick rang me to say the car was repaired and fully operational. The most amazing thing was he did not charge me for anything. The problem was a blown fuse! They replaced the fuse, tested everything, gave the car a full inspection. I cannot explain how happy i am to have found such an honest, reliable and genuine garage, today i was blown away by such kindness. These guys are truly the best. They could have easily quoted thousands of pounds yet chose to be honest and did not charge for the fuse they replaced. This is now the only place i will take my car for repair. Took my car to Prestige after being given the run around by another garage. In comparison, Prestige identified the problem quickly and got it fixed. It's a popular garage so it took a while to get a free slot to take my car in. But worth it if the job gets done well and my car has been running fine since. Used this garage a number of times in the past, and totally agree with all the positive reviews. Only concern is that they are becoming a little complacent about the jobs they take on, and likely working on a current customer work base. No advertising can beat personal experience and longevity of custom, thus after several years went back with what should have been a car right up their street (Audi), and what would have been a second car (another Audi). Sadly, no can do, even the basics. Try them yourself though, as if take on your job, likely be very happy. Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance
