Blown away by the great service received by Michael at MB heating solutions. I’ve had an annoying problem with a noisy boiler/pipes for ages. I’ve had other heating engineers in the past who haven’t been able to solve it - they said I needed a new boiler. I’m so pleased I found Michael, he fixed the problem within an hour. He was professional, honest and he really invested in diagnosing the problem. I did not need a new boiler after all. He also had Dylan an Apprentice with him who he was teaching his great skills to. Michael and his colleague Dylan were both courteous and professional in everything they did. I had a smart thermostat installed and later a new radiator and heating system chemical flush. Everything was done efficiently and with minimal effect on myself. The area was kept clean and Dylan was always clearing as and when he could. Their knowledge is vast and explained when needed in a manner that I could understand. I felt really comfortable having these gentlemen in my house. The workmanship was second to non, I have no problems in recommending them to family, friends and anyone else. The price for the jobs was very competitive and communications was also very good. Top job by, honest and trustworthy tradespeople. You need not be worried if you have MB Heating Solutions on the case. Service: Install thermostat

The guy is pleasant enough and helpful to a certain point but after things started to go wrong with job he vanished for weeks on end and now isn't interested that the system he fitted doesn't actually work properly. Trainees will be used on your job and they will make entry level mistakes. Just be wary of giving him any installation work. Pipes were put in the wrong place and crudely soldered together in the middle of a visible section, parts were fitted that would not work for months, the rads leaked constantly as the pressure was always too high. Nice guy but the work you get might not be what you were expecting.. Update- we had this guys work checked. 3 incorrectly fitted TMV, and an auto-fill valve on the boiler that the company I used to correct his rubbish described as "looks like it was fitted by a child." It all works perfectly now. Do I want to upgrade? Not with your company.

Sadly only ** NOT the ***** Employed MB Heating Solutions via Local Hero, prompt reply and timely arrival on Thursday - marked boiler needed to be sorted out ASAP. Was informed late in the day boiler needed some additional parts (pcb board or fan for Worchester boiler) which will be ordered. Only Saturday I was told parts will be arriving on Tuesday. Had to advice and apologised tenants for the delay who were not happy. Had to chase on Tuesday re installation, only in the afternoon I was told it would be Wednesday. Boiler repaired on Wednesday finally, spoke to the installer advised initially booked as wanted repair same or next day not nearly a week later. Suggested we review invoice and amend it due delay in installation and refund I had to give to tenants as left without heating or hot water. Non of that was acceptable, I was told I have accepted quote so had to pay. Anyway, I did pay but I think it service was well below satisfaction and standard, final repair was just over £500 whereas if I knew it will take so long I could get fixed fee repair option which is usually around £370 and would not need to wait so long. Shame as I have noted MB Heating Solutions had great review and it was also reason why I have employed them. Service: Heating system repair
