Appalling management, no one communicates between eachother and then creates confusion, please avoid this accommodation as they will create problems out of no where. Rooms are hideous and you feel like it's a prison with windows like that. I have seen rats in the bin room. The reception is never helpful and even they talk bad about the management. For your own safety do not stay here

Other staff are really lovely and friendly, whenever I need something fixed the maintenance man is always happy to help and does the job quickly! Absolutely recommend this accommodation! Rooms are lovely, even the standard studios are spacious and comfortable. Facilities work great and if anything breaks, staff are quick to repair and get the issue fixed. Dom, the property manager, is lovely. When meeting her for my viewing she was very welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable with the change of moving away. She’s always ready for a chat and always has a smile! Ella, the receptionist, is also lovely. Always welcoming and greeting with a kind “hello” whenever passing by or leaving the building. Ella has dealt with a few issues I have had in the past, ensuring it is done as soon as possible. Security are lovely and are also ready for a chat. Quick to deal with issues happening overnight and ensure the building is kept safe during out of hours (even working over the Christmas period). Have had nothing but a positive experience here at Bromsgrove House!
