I was on Live Chat and followed up with a telephone call to clarify a piece of information after comments in response to my questions like 'not sure to be honest'. The person who answered aggressively questioned why I was calling when I was on live chat, was then generally rude and dismissive about my question, and then when I asked why he was being so rude told me he was the MD and to shop elsewhere. Not sure what I did to deserve that treatment and sufficiently shocked to post my second ever review on google. Pretty confused by it all but beware if you shop here you are likely to be dealing with someone pretty unpleasant if my experience is anything to go by.
