Prestige Installs Ltd visited my property today to fix a leak in my kitchen sink caused by an old pipe which had worn out. Before coming for the job, they got good understanding of what the job entails so that they can get necessary materials. They kept me upto date with expected arrival time, got to my property on time, was polite, professional and courteous, fixed the worn out pipe and went over and beyond to even inform me of another pipe which was worse for wear and fixed it thereby avoiding future leaks. Prestige Installs Ltd recently worked on my house during extensive renovation works that I was having carried out. They fitted all new pipe work throughout, installed a new heating system, fitted radiators in every room, fitted 4 bathrooms and a toilet and then helped with the plumbing in my kitchen and utility room. I can honestly say that it was a real pleasure to deal with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they are extremely good at what they do - really knowledgable, and they worked really hard. They were fantastic from start to finish, and their work was of a really high standard. You get to know tradesmen really well when they are working on your house for weeks on end, and both Lee and Jake are really decent, honest and friendly which can be hard to find. I don’t really write reviews but I had to make an exception for these guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody and I have their numbers to hand for anything I will need doing in the future. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
