Terrible servise. I ordered 2 bouquets for my wife's birthday at same arrdess to 2 different people. They delivered one, and one that was not for the wife. The second was brought with a delay of 1 day, when it was no longer needed. They offered 10 pounds in compensation. Hahaha. I asked them to keep them and drink for my wife's birthday. It probably doesn't get any worse.

I’ve not been to the shop in Dean Clough but recently used their service to send birthday flowers to a dear friend, my sister in law and my step mother in law and I was awe struck at the efficiency and quality of the service and the flowers ! I was a bit unsure as the reviews on trust pilot were mixed but based on my experience, Prestige Flowers were amazing. They used Royal Mail to deliver flowers to these three ladies all in different parts of the country all on a Sunday ( I had just ordered the day before). I was updated promptly when each of them had received their flowers. In the pictures they sent me the flowers were full and the hampers looked lovely. I’ve used other services before and the flowers did not arrive in a good condition and it’s so hard to judge which service to use. I was incredibly happy with my orders and felt it was good value. Received a boxed floral display from my daughter. The roses were curling at the edges and brown. The tiny white flowers had broken stems. Very disappointed as I’m sure they weren’t cheap. The card inside says 100% fresh. Not a chance!

Nothing like the photo the flowers are dying but of apparently great quality... Didn't realise roses with brown petals falling off are of the upmost quality here. Refused a refund taking it further you can come get them as they're the worst flowers I've ever bought.

Didn’t show up at all and ordered them 4 days ago for valentines. Even the tracking info shows them still at some warehouse. Guaranteed for valentines, accepted the postcode, specifically valentines flowers. Zero response to my emails, phone number doesn’t work, lots of info saying this site is a scam. I am livid with this company and their home address is on companies house so I expect a refund and compensation. Please

Called in for some flowers and a candle for a bereavement and they couldn't have been more helpful. They made me a bunch up to my request and it was better than I had imagined. 2 other florists were unable to help me with my request on valentines day. I would definitely call this my go to florist. They have lovely gifts too.
