Had the worst experience with this company. Firstly I was sent it with inserfitiont parts I had to source my own to set up then when I got round to using the barrow I discovered that it steered like a banana . The handles were not 100% straight either making this barrow ridiculous to use . I sent 2 emails and 4 ebay messages and about 10 phone calls to be told the barrow is being collected. I waited a week and the guy that rang me was unaware of the issue and agreed to repair which I was not happy about so ended up with a refund . Really bad customer service.
