    Dress is clean but the service was shocking. Im a very laid back person and the service left me quite frustrated. Upon dropping off my wedding dress for cleaning, they were quite pushy and insisted that my dress bag was dirty and needed cleaning. Then came the sales talk of the dress box which felt quite pushy too. After some back and forth I told them I am not paying £80 for a box and just let it slide for them to clean the "dirty" dress bag. Then I got a phone call to say my dress was ready and discussed the £80 box again. I was married previously 11 years ago, so I know you can get these boxes for £10 online and was not going to be persuaded into it. I get to the shop and they bring my dress off the rack, but it has someone else's vail in there. They tell me it's my vail and I say it's not and then they say it is. I didn't own a vail but they didn't believe me. Then I was told that it wasn't my dress and I showed them a photo to prove it is my dress but someone else's vail. I was then told that it isn't my dress and taken to someone else's dress and told that it's mine. Back and forth again with them insisting it's my dress and my bag. Told them that I had a grey bag and they told me I didn't and that I had a pink bag and to remember my sister brought it in. Several times back and forth again telling them that I brought the dress in myself in a grey bag and white hanger and that this was my dress, to be told that I didn't. After 15 or 20 minutes back an forth I walk out with my dress in my dress bag (which literally has my name on it) and feeling fed up being made out that I have some sort of memory problems. No wonder peoples things have gone missing in previous reviews.....lucky I picked up the dress myself, because they would have sent the collector off with someone else's stuff.

    Amazing service. Had a drinks stain on my trousers from my wedding that was stubborn and hard to remove. Took many hours of hard work by the shop for them to be able to remove the stain. Excellent customer service and good price for services. Would definitely recommend!

    Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Prestige. I took my wedding dress to them to get dry cleaned (they did clean underneath the dress, which had become dirty from walking around), however, when I dropped my dress off initially, I spoke to the manager, who assured me that my dress would not be hung up by the off the shoulder straps, as they were extremely delicate lace, she assured me again before I left that they would not hang my dress up by the straps. I then saw a picture on their Instagram page of my dress hanging up by the straps and after checking the dress, I discovered one of the straps had been torn, but it was also clumped together (I can only assume this was where they pressed it and it melted the adhesive). After taking the dress back to show them the issues, they (eventually - after, what I believed was their way of trying to brush me off) agreed to pay the bridal shop to replace the straps. After the bridal shop sent Prestige the invoice, Prestige then refused to pay upfront, requesting to see the repaired dress first (even though the bridal shop and I had both explained to Prestige that they required the payment upfront). So my beautiful wedding dress has not been repaired and in addition to it being ruined by Prestige, there were also a few small marks on the front of the dress that they did not clean/remove. I do not feel that what they did clean is worth a bill of £250 (given that they damaged my dress). I would definitely think twice about taking any valuables to Prestige.
