I would highly recommend. The owners are really passionate about what they do and it shows in the work. Competively priced. Edit: May 2023 - I wish I knew these guys sooner and only discovered them last year. Since then I have been to them a few times for various things and every single time they have been brilliant. Pauline is amazing at what she does and is super efficient. At the weekend the car was recovered due to a broken coil spring and I called PCS who were brilliant and recommend a company and the car was collected. I wasn't expecting to get the car back so quick but PCS were super quick and were really efficient. The car feels so much better to drive and I wouldn't go anywhere else for car repairs and servicing. Over the years I have hated going to car garages but have always felt at ease with PCS. I've had an oil leak on my Mercedes for over 3 years and spent a lot of time and money trying to get it fixed. Oliver asked to look at my car as was confident that he could fix it! (just like all the other garages said) However to my delight his word came true. He also said that my engine mounts were bad and if I was to replace them it would feel like a completely different car (Felt okay to me before) again to my amazement it really does feel like a new car. All in all I found Prestige brilliant and I would recommend anybody with a Mercedes to use them. They only use Mercedes parts, they are honest and they are half the hourly cost of the Mercedes dealers. I’m a very very happy customer and thank you all at Prestige. I have recently used Prestige Car Service to service my pride and joy Mercedes SL400. When it comes to my car I am a bit of a stickler. Having made enquiries at my main dealer I felt the prices were extremely high. I went online and looked in my area to see who else was available. There were quite a few who said they were specialist but on inspection I felt some were not. Then I found PCS. From start to finish their customer relations was exceptional. I explained exactly what I wanted and they soon provided an estimate of cost and availability. I booked my car in and dropped it off. I used their loan car which was hassle free then received a call to say it was ready. Need I say anymore.
