    My Mum used Prestige to auction some furniture and possessions as she is downsizing. They charged her £78 to pick it up which she had agreed to but then when her invoice came they had also deducted £53 clearance to get rid of what hadnt sold. This we were not aware of, she ended up owing them £62 which was ridiculous for the amount and quality of things she sent. BIG RIP OFF DONT USE THEM

    Won a lot for a coin set which was pictured with and advertised as having a COA. No COA was ever received with the set and Prestige Auctions have not responded to any e-mails enquiring about the missing COA. Very disappointing. Won't be using again or recommending.
