I came to Tim looking to heal from trauma based anxiety. 3 sessions in and very pleased with how things are going. When asked, Tim demonstrated a thorough understanding of fascia and how it relates to trauma/anxiety as well as several sources Where I could learn more about this, as well making me aware of common myths surrounding the buzzword that is “myofascial release”. It’s too early to see any noticeable shifts, but I am seeing the said affects of therapy surfacing in my day to day life. In sessions, Tim works creatively to help release spots of tension, providing an explanation as to what he observed in the body afterwards. On a personal note, Tim is warm and sincere and creates a an open space where it feels easy reflect back my experiences in therapy

I’ve known Tim a few months and he has been aware of a few back issues I’ve been struggling with plus flying anxiety. He suggested I come in as he’d had a cancellation. I had a very basic understanding of his treatments but in all honesty didn’t see how they’d help. I was quite wrong really. Very professional, very relaxed and very thorough from the start. The treatment itself was unlike I’d experienced before. I’ve never felt quite so relaxed or have ever managed to concentrate on myself and feeling better before. I’d highly recommend Tim and MFI and would definitely repeat myself. I used his breathing and focusing techniques when flying and I didn’t need that gin after all!
