I've just received my order, delivered via. FedEx. All items are accounted for, packaged well and arrived on time. I'm pleased with my order. I originally ordered approx. 3 weeks ago, as the items I wanted had an approximate 2 week pre-order wait time. After initially placing the order, I received email confirmation that my order had been placed. I then confirmed my age by email, but didn't receive email confirmation, so I called the shop and was greeted by a very friendly female member of staff who confirmed receipt of my email. I then waited for the 2 weeks and emailed the shop for an update on my order; I didn't receive a response after ~24hrs so I called the shop and again I was greeted by the same friend member of staff, who explained that some items had now become available but that some items were not available; she offered me a solution, to switch up a few items and refund the difference. Which is fine as I still got what I wanted but at a cheaper price :). Overall, I'm pleased with my experience and I'd recommend this company to anyone; I was confused by the negative comments online, as my experience has been very positive. The only way to improve my experience would have been to have more engagement via email, perhaps an automated update on the status of my order, then I wouldn't have needed to call the shop. I'd give them a solid 4/5 - if they can improve their email side of the business and increase customer engagement that side, then this would eliminate any customer anxiety whilst waiting for their order and be deserving of a 5/5. I will say that their customer service is top-notch, just be advised that when you call, if you don't get through that's because they are already on the phone; just wait 5 mins and try again until you get through. Thanks again, and look forward to doing business in the future.

Fantastic, will deffo buy from preppers again. Bought a Big Agnes echo park 20, excellent bit of kit! Use it with a Trekology UL140 sleeping mat which fits perfect, super warm and cosy.

Polly was aggressive on the phone she tried using her managment status to talk down to me and anything I said she will make it as I'm threatening or being abusive because she chose to correct me instead of hearing me out trying to explain. I will not be shopping from this place again I am still waiting for my refund also just thought I'd say employee's like polly ruin the business and scare customers away. I have also emails and phone recordings as Evidence.

This is an amazing place. Clean, well laid out, friendly knowledgeable staff and an awesome range of camping and off grid equipment. Plus a huge area with surplus clothing and gear. Absolutely smashed it!

Tried visiting on Two occasions, on both there has been hand written notes on door stating closed. Whilst no doubt unlucky, website states open. Quite annoying.
