To finish off our house extension we needed windows of an extremely high standard to match the existing slide up and down 12 glass pane wooden windows that were installed decades before. The care and attention we received from Premium Timber Windows was exceptional. When the brickwork was done they were able to measure the window space and create a bespoke window which they then fitted. As the winter months were closing in they worked overtime to ensure we received them before the cold began to bite and our visitors arrived from warmer climes. The quality, appearance and mechanics of the windows are first class. They glide so smoothly up and down and look absolutely stunning. They also created our backdoor to the same exceptional high standard as well. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommend PTW; from order placement to help with which windows to choose they were excellent, always replied very quickly and with great product knowledge. When the product arrived it was painted perfectly and you could immediately feel the quality. Recently my house was burgled and the thief was unable to crowbar open the PTW window, unfortunately they broke through a door instead, but that is by the by. I called PTW for a replacement window and they came and fitted it very sympathetically. I have already recommended them to my brother for his house project and will continue to recommend them.
