No house is ever perfect, and will always need work over time, so surveys (especially full building surveys) can often be scary things to comprehend. The fact that Mike is prepared to give up his time to give a pragmatic overview over the phone (after completing the survey) makes all the difference.

Great Service! Mike and Dorothy are both super helpful and friendly and really do go the extra mile to help. We instructed them to carry out the homebuyers survey and they arranged for it straight away and the report came back a couple days later as promised, we found the report to be very detailed and extra things were checked which we really appreciated. From the moment I contact Dorothy asking for a quote she was friendly, quickly sent me a quote and a sample of what I could expect the final survey to look like. Mike promptly conducted the survey and I experienced a very quick turnaround on receiving the report. The report was incredibly detailed and Mike offered to answer any questions I had or talk through any aspect of the report I was unsure on.
