a few points to make; 1) very professional company 2) initial quote and survey - they gave great advise and guidance that actually reduced the total cost (ie they didnt just say do more) 3) each of the people that came round (plumber, plasterer, joiner, decorator) where (a) really careful with keeping things clean etc (b) tidied up after themselves (c) are really nice (jolly) people and most importantly (d) the pride in workmanship was huge... I am sure that there are cheaper companies out there - but the peace of mind in terms of quality and resolving an little snags was so refreshing and well worth it. Thank you to all the guys that sorted our refurb...

I chased them for months for a quote. They never get back to me, being the closest Helifix approved installers. They keep on asking for the structural surveyors report. I mean what are they doing with it each time I email it across. Customer service is a shambles. In the end I gave up with them.

They made a retaining 12metre long wall which looks lovely but the foundation was not done properly so after a while problem started. The wall started having big cracks and the wall is pushing against my gate, which now doesn't even close. Now it's really bad it seems like its going to fall eventually. I did contact the company but they brushed me away.
