I put a detailed review on TrustPilot but in summary: poor quality installation, incorrect items to those requested, work not fully completed and now new replacement bills to foot as customer. Would recommend doing more research on other options before choosing these guys. Caveat emptor.

Fine to start with, nice solid wooden windows manufactured by Dempsey Dyer. Installation was OK but installers needed some prompting to get the level of adjacent windows to be the same and the paint on the frames was just done in one coat so I needed to do a second coat. Some scratches and broken brasswear. Finally £25k spent and the windows actually still quite drafty through the pulley holes when windy. Some initial positive responses to help with the draft issue but ultimately communication has ceased and seems to be some dispute as to whether this is a Premier Windows issue or a Dempsey Dyer issue. I think this is a design flaw. I think once money has been handed over then neither party are interested in resolution so I will try to find a solution myself. I liked the staff at Premier Windows but I feel they are just too busy to maintain good communication and sort out a challenging issue. Also I wonder why there is no separation between exterior and interior sash compartments which would eliminate this design flaw.

My company has dealt with Premier for about 7 years and we have always found them to be professional and decent. Their Wooden Sash windows and front doors and their service is amongst the best available and they always honour their word and promises they have made to us. If anything is ever wrong they always sort it out and honour their guarantee. I wish them all the success and of course have no hesitation to recommend them as I have many times before.

Premier Windows were fantastic from start to finish - they provided a detailed quote and answered my many questions quickly & with good information. I live abroad and they took all the stress out of trying to manage this from afar, a huge thank you to Natalia for all the effort she put in to give me such detailed information (& Gosia too for stepping in when Natalia wasn't there). The installation went smoothly except for one hiccup where the Bay Window was not quite the right height, they immediately ordered a replacement & that was installed not long afterwards. In total 3 windows, a bay window & french doors. The tenant is very happy with the end result & commented that the installers were brilliant. I had a friend take photos for me - it all looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Very good local company. Excellent service from start to finish from the estimator (Terry), booking teams (Gosia and Natalia) and fitters (Daniel and Greg). Window prices very competitive and they have a non-pushy approach which is always very much welcome - big brands take note!! The booking teams were efficient and always kept me up to speed with the delivery and made sure to check in for any aftercare or snagging. The fitters were very friendly, professional and tidy. Would very much recommend this company.

I managed to get my new windows installed by Premier Windows just in time before the winter and oh my! What a difference it made to the heat saving already. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Thank you and i sholdnt hesitate to reach out for the new sliding doors next year .

This is a great local company. Not only are the Project Officers and Finance staff friendly and efficient but the workers know how to fit windows. The whole experience was stress free. The ordering of the windows and the quotations are so much better and easy to read than anyone else I contacted . Well done Premier windows .
