    I knew what I wanted but didn’t know where to start so I sent a pic to Premier Stoves Installations after reading positive review on line. Good job I did because I was then guided to what the correct size was that I needed after being advised to measure the chimney breast. I was then sent a helpful link to suitable products so I could purchase direct myself. I was then given a quote for fitting only, a date was agreed and today it was fitted! The end result was exactly what I wanted. A very contemporary fire inset within the chimney breast. All in all an excellent service! The quote did not change on completion and the date agreed did not change and turned up on time. Not taking pictures yet as covered to protect from dust whilst decorating is completed.But needless to say I am more than thrilled with the end result and would recommend Premier Stoves Installation to anyone considering having a new feature fireplace fitted.

    I contacted Andy after our stove installation fitted by another installer had been deemed unsafe to use by HETAS, and they had failed to rectify it despite being given opportunity too. I gave Andy a call and chatted about what needed doing, sent him all the photos and dimensions, and agreed a price and date. He turned up promptly on the day, talked through all the details, thoroughly sheeted the room out to minimise mess then spent the following 3 days grafting to rip all the old stuff out and build it back up correctly. He went out of his way refitting covings and trims so there was less for me to do afterwards and all done to a really high standard, he also went and found matching tiles to replace the ones that had been previously damaged by the last installer. When finished the problems that we had with it previously were all gone, the stove works a treat and my roof no longer leaks when it rains! He told me everyday what he wanted to get completed and didn’t leave until he’d done it, no matter how late it was, and when he finished, he left the room as clean and tidy as could be considering the work he’d done. He seems like a genuine bloke, wasn’t arrogant about his work and grafted to leave a top quality finish.. wish I’d of found him the first time round. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have a stove installed 👍🏻

    In 2014, Andy fitted us a coal fired boiler and a stove. We were young, skint and it was freezing. He did an amazing job for us! Fast forward 9 years and there was only 1 person we were going to contact for a new log burner in our new home. A few WhatsApp messages later and we were all booked in. He’s a skilled chap and he has done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend premier stove to anyone considering a log burner.

    Waited in for afternoon appointment arriving approximately 5.30 ... needed my chimney swept prior to having a log burner installed. There was no cover used to cover over chimney breast to minimise soot as he said couldnt see what he was doing i diddnt relize how much the soot was going everywhere 3 days later still washing floors nik naks wish i refused for the work to be done now.. Ive had a chimney swept before that wasn't done for years i had no mess as chimney breast was covered there was no need to watch soot falling from chimney
