Excellent service & the Amati Riva Aquarama model boat kit looks absolutely wonderful. This is a birthday gift for my husband, so I will unfortunately have to wait for him to receive it before I can see it built, but I think that it will look truly magnificent! Many thanks PSM; I will be back!

I ordered two sailship kits from Premier Ship Models, Occre Santisima Trinidad and Caldercraft HMS Victory. I live in Angola (Africa) and both ship kits arrived safely by Fedex. The delivery of the Victory was very late (due to COVID, and late delivery from the manufacturer of the kit), but since this is a many year project the delay was acceptable for me. Main importance was that the kit eventually arrived (box in one piece, but a “million” pieces inside for me to assemble). The Victory kit is HUGE, 15 kg box. The cost of shipping these two kits half way around the world I believe was very good. Overall happy with the service of Premier Ship Models, would have given 5 stars if the delivery had been faster.

I have found this company and its staff to have a very professional attitude. They went all out to get my model and when it wa sunavailable because of the pandemic they offered an alternative model which is now on its way. Well done crew. Every now and then I get it wrong and boy have i this time. They offered me a alternative to my order. Good but no model! no money Returned, no response to emails, rang agent in Australia waste of time. I should send large friends even larger son round to discuss this. Avoid them like the plague. I am still waiting for $288 Au to be returned to Pay Pal. I wish i could swear in here
