Purchased a King Crab Cluster as the Price was good for the weight! It was Delivered on time and the Packaging was ok. However no date of Frozen on! or anything inside, just wrapped in plastic with 2 dry ice packs "melted" However it was still Frozen! On defrosting, it is very mushy and not great deal of meat inside the legs etc and pretty bland in taste. it wasn't firm and sweet like King Crab should be. I believe it has been Frozen a while and Would expect some indication of Frozen dates on such high end Produce.. Due to this, I will not purchase again from here

Having been a long term regular customer whom has ordered thousands of pounds of products I will NEVER be buying from this supplier again. Within a big order we had some crab that was at the point of being rotten when we opened it, we supplied pictures in an email and advised them of this issue we had a very flippant reply saying that they had received no other complaints but would send us some replacement out when we order next time but we would have to remind them of that, simply just not good enough, very poor customer service and products that are increasingly becoming poorer.
