We had a zip line installed 3 years ago by Premier Play and have had no problems until recently. I contacted premier play who arranged for someone to come out to The Playground to assess the problem and arrived within a couple of days , when the problem could not be resolved there and then we had two installation guys arrive again within a couple of days, they worked their magic and it is now as good as new 😊 From my initial telephone call Communication throughout has been exceptional and would highly recommend this company , nothing is too much trouble and they really went out of their way to resolve our issue as quickly as possible even though they were really busy . SUPERB COMPANY AND SERVICE Premier play solutions recently designed and installed a bespoke steel trim trail for our school. The trim trail has created a whole new play experience for pupils with more children playing and exercising outside on the equipment before, during and after school. From a disused space, we now have a bright, challenging, and dynamic area which the children absolutely love! From start to finish, the service from Premier Play solutions has been top class. They realised our vision on time and on budget. Communication with them is excellent, the installation professionally done by skilled workmen and the support throughout faultless.
