Hi, I would like to share my experience with this company, active and precise on charges but not on response and resolve the issues We renting conveyor belt for small basement project in central London , unfortunately equipment did not work as it should be it was many stand up and wait too resolving issues They promises not acceptable as they never call back or respond immediately even that you’re called many times Equipment seems old and needs upgrades as there is many mechanical issues Staff There is only one person competent to do at least something rest is just time wasting I have 24-7 cttv that clearly shows the competence and unprofessionally training on personal when they attend to repeatedly repair equipment I strongly recommend not to use this company
