The company who issues the tickets are Walton Wilkins, they operate as the parking enforcement for the parking lot. They issued me 2 tickets, dated 2 years and 3 weeks after the incident, I ignored all letters. They then sent solicitors letters from Gladstone which they are the same company, I ignored them as well, eventually the company took me to court. I argued the case that it is unfair and a scam to issue me these tickets, however the judge say they can issues tickets from up to 6 years and all signs was there for me to see. However, the judge concluded and dismissed the case on the basis that they is no signature to say they operate as the enforcement. Careful with private PCN, they could be a scam.

Horrendous!! 100 fined and brought ticket,sent to wrong address so got late and has to pay £170..them got another five after, I knew I got tickets and sent off but you can't prove it on a bloody court letter and have yo pay before you get it put right.made my life he'll! Di nit park here.evil

Received a fine whilst was incorrectly issued, raised an appeal which was rejected, of course this would happen its a private company and need ways to make money. Tried multiple times on the website to make payment, no luck. Contacted the number on the fine, again no luck. Tried to speak to customer service, advised me the website is down WOW, so why is the number not working either?? No explanation given. Angry male, sounded more like a baby who needed feeding gave me another number to call, i asked for his name which he began arguing asking me to provide a lawful reason for his name. I advised him i’m going to make a note as if this doesn’t work either, i can call back and advise the next person who answer that i’d like to speak to you to be able to pay my fine. Again male carried on throwing a tantrum. No wonder companies such as these hire people with no phone manner, or maybe he was hungry who knows. DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK IN ALISON STREET, BIRMINGHAM. They look for any reason to fine you and then make it very difficult to make payment within the 14 days period so they charge you the higher amount. Disgusting.

Avoid this company. I paid to park via the text and automated phone line and have just been fined £100, as despite giving them my number plate in a text and paying the money to park, I’d incorrectly entered information over the Phone due to a poor signal and background noise. I very clearly wasn’t trying to get out of paying and their poor automated systems just cost me £100. I’m not sure how the directors of this company sleep at night. Please avoid!

This company should be registered as thieves. Totally illegal practices and do not adhere to any legal practices. They prey on the vulnerable to pay fines that they are the judge and jury on when you appeal. Shame on you Premier Parking.

What a rude man this Mr Wilkons is. Jesus he doesn't want to listen and will talk when u are talking. Won't listen to u and he is the most rudest man I've ever met. How he's still got this business, I don't know... I hope he loses his contract with Birmingham Council he doesn't know how to speak to people
