Excellent removals, reliable, methodical and caring for our belongings. Premier Movers are a professional, well organised removals company. We have been very happy with them both in organising and doing the removals. They are approachable and really listen to what we expected from them and they delivered that and more. Best experience possible. I was very anxious up to the move, but the moment James and Phil showed up at my door, the tension was gone. They were kind, very accommodating, and terribly funny. I am a single woman living alone but I felt incredibly comfortable with these kind gentlemen. If I ever have need to move again I will definitely use Premier, and may even ask for these lads by name!

Damage to several items of furniture. Some severely. Emailed to say they wanted to come round to see the damage and that's the last I've heard from them. Cowboys. Edit- wow, response completely deceitful. The worst of the damage is to a wardrobe that was my late mother's that you most definitely did move (and damage). I didn't want you to visit after receiving an insulting email at around 4am (drunk perhaps?) just because I reviewed you (honestly) badly and then you got angry and refused to take any blame during the phone conversation which made me feel I didn't want you in my house. Odd that you say you didn't even cause the damage but also say "accidents happen". As for me attempting to make a fraudulent claim, I never even brought up making a claim.

We chose Premier Movers, over a number of competitors. Reading through their literature, policies and comparing them with others, we felt that they offered, by far, the best, most competitive and comprehensive service. James & Verity kept in touch with us throughout, even when the date of the move changed. On the day of the move Josh & Rocky, our two removal men, just got on with the job and made it seem easy. They were kind, considerate and continually asked our thoughts on what we felt was important to us. They loaded and unloaded in a systematic way, taking care with all our items and loaded them accordingly. When they got to the other they unloaded everything into each requested room. We could not fault the company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

We chose Premier after meeting James the owner who showed us around the storage facilities answered our questions and we accepted their quote. James and Phil moved our furniture into storage and 10 months later moved us into our new home. At all times the team were really professional caring and courteous. At very short notice Verity was able to work her magic and adjusted their schedule to confirm our date. Premier are an excellent company with competitive pricing and superb staff
