PMA are a first class Martial Arts dojo. They offer classes from 5 year olds right through to adults of any age. My son started off in the Little Champs at the age of 7, he’s 10 now and has progressed into the Junior section. From a shy young 7 year old, he’s now blossomed under the excellent instructors at PMA into a extremely confident young man. The atmosphere at PMA is very warm and friendly, Craig, Becky and all the other instructors really make you feel part of a bigger family. They have just started running a Junior Trainers course in January which my son is part of, for a 10 year old to have the confidence to stand infront of his peers, and demonstrate a warmup/stretching session shows just how far he has come. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending PMA to anyone wish to try something new.

I have been attending this martial arts academy for nearly 10 years now from the age of 7, during these years not only have I developed as a martial artist and achieved my second degree black belt I have also developed as a person learning key life skills like discipline, focus and a determination to succeed. The staff are super supportive, kind and welcoming I would 100% recommend joining or at least giving the martial arts school a go to all ages, this can be for multiple reasons for example some people join to get fitter, some people join because they want to learn how to defend themselves and some people just do it because they find it fun. Remember no age is too old!
