  Oh my god! Please avoid! Whatever you do do not use them ever! They advirtise as they are HEATAS registered, THEY ARE NOT! I've spent days on the phone to HEATAS who confirmed that they are not heats registered! Owner told me that their membership is going through renewal it is not! I went through them because I wanted everything above the board and asked if I can have HEATAS certificate, they said I can, HEATS today informed me that they are not allowed to issue HEATAS certificate because they don't have membership with them. Owner texted me saying that they have "ways to deal with people like me"!!! they installed wood burner on Saturday, the whole thing collapsed on Sunday! we had fire going and no flu! when flue collapsed it ripped the hole wall outside! Smashed our decking ! owner Paul told me and my partner that they will replace everything, they did not ! They put basement of the flu that was damaged and smashed back on! they did not fit plug in our house with registered burner. two days later they came back to fix outside wall, did not even cover our decking ! Now it is damaged by cement! Whole decking is covered! left all broken bricks and other rubbish outside. i had to chase them for months, no reply, no communications, nothing! We feel heart broken! it was our dream to have a burner and we saved up for a very long time now we hate it and cannot even look it! We do not use anymore because we are worried that something else bad will happen. They've blocked me on their facebook page so I cannot even leave a review. They also removed anything to do with heats from their website because I've told them that HEATAS is now investigating them. They also fitted a work top for someone I know, shocking job That poor girl had to chase them for months even had to contact owner's daughter through Linkedin. Now we have to employ someone else to come in and do everything else from start. We are devastated.

  I haven't used Premier Marble as such - but I have got to know the owner, Paul Semmence, through my Norwich networking meetings. I think how someone networks says a lot about their business. I have found Paul to be a thoroughly pleasant member of our group who makes everyone feel part of the meeting. And from the range for kitchens and other projects he has showcased online I think his passion for granite and stone is outstanding. This is a great Norwich/Norfolk business with a product that needs to be in your kitchen/bathroom or anywhere where your dream is to make something in stone! Great job Paul and TEAM!

  Never, never,never...as I write after a month's wait for the fitting date today with the electrician having disconnected everything ready and clearing all the space ready at 6am I ring premier marble at 10 am to ask when they are due and lo-they are not ready with the order. Did nobody think to call me, the customer, would I have waited all day and call them at 4pm to be told then when it is too late to get an electrician back to connect us up for the weekend? I have 3 holiday lets here I have also not booked for the day to avoid disruption to any guests. I will update this when we have some progress to report, but I have no faith in this shower I am afraid now. The 'director' -the one who wrote a terse email to say it will be a month's wait with no apology- has mailed to say he will rectify the situation, apologise for the lack of communication and that I should contact himto discuss. I shudder to think what chaos may be caused by them continuing to dig... OK. this is later...I have called in on them to be met by a visibly quaking 'director' who flat refused to show me what progress, if any, has been made on my order. I can only think this quaking wrath is caused by my sudden attendance and insistence to see something which is not there. My reason for calling is I think it possible nothing has been done. No offer to come on monday has been made. Indeed this continued to threats from the man with no covid mask on, calling the police, and promises to 'find out what I do and ruin me". Delightful. perhaps he read this.... And his response by email: " I will not be progressing your order". and where does this leave me? save yourself the bother and go elsewhere. Service: Countertops
