    Stayed here just for 1 night as it is close to Harry Potter Studios. Location is good, couple of places to eat round the corner and just 10 minutes into the centre if you fancy shopping and bars. However room and service was disappointing. Check in is 3pm on the dot, not a moment before which caused a bit of a queue. We had only arrived 10 minutes early and when we did the staff were just waiting around doing nothing. Room size is good but cleanliness was a bit lacking. Lots of hair visible in the sink, fingerprints all over the switches, marks on the glasses, etc. Air con in our room also didn’t work which we only realised during the night when it got really hot. No plug sockets near the bed is also inconvenient. The tap in the sink also has a weird attachment on it which looked a bit like a waterfall effect, but made it difficult to wash toothbrushes and wash hands as the water was spread over and had little pressure. Didn’t have breakfast booked and glad we didn’t, as there are places to eat nearby that offer better value. Overall it was okay for what we needed but we won’t be returning.

    Booked for a few nights for the WBs HP Studio's tour and found the location just perfect (10 mins taxi / car). The staff were outstanding - helpful and polite - and made us feel immediately welcome. Food was very good IMO - and while the starter / mains options were limited to approx three dishes - everything was tasty and filled a hole after a long trip down here. Very good value too ; esp considering the expected London markup 👍 While the foyer / restaurant area looked modern and up to date, the rooms (although comfortable & clean) were beginning to look their age & in need of refurbishment. Tell tale signs of worn carpets, bashes/marks etc on the walls and taps in the bathroom having a crazy spray pattern were starting to get a little obvious. The 3rd (smaller child extra) bed was lumpy and needed a extra layer of padding. All in all though , for the price paid and the excellent service provided - I recommend this hotel for a few nights Nearby activities: Warner Bros Harry Potter Tour
