Very costly for dirty room. The carpet smelled unpleasant and mouldy on the windows and bathroom. Definitely wouldn't recommend as the reception declined to clean the room stating it should be reported before settling in the room. Expected us to wait out until someone comes in to inspect and clean the room. No room spray available to mask the unpleasant smell. The dining options were very expensive and had to wait a long time to get your order. If you ever book in here atleast look for restaurants outside. Rooms: Not maintained at all. Kettle provided was disgusting with limescale all over which made it unusable

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem, even though I was. They went above and beyond to help. Comfy rooms, extremely clean. Cannot fault them. Especially for the price. Rooms: Fully accessible room with restroom bathroom. Very clean. Fully wheelchair-friendly, disabled parking outside the front door.

We had a great evening at the baby shower on Saturday and a delicious family Sunday dinner before travelling back down south. Rooms: The room was comfortable, the same one we had 2 years ago 110 and my only criticism is the curtain still needs fixing.

Nice rooms, a little worn, but overall fine. Pricey, and you have to ask reception for cleaning. Very busy, but sometimes you have to wait for staff in reception to come out. Were there 3 nights, and asked for a 4th, but decided not to due to the very high price. Food & drinks: No restaurant in hotel, but cooperation with a place on the same parking lot. There were some deals on fixed meals and breakfast, but otherwise no discount for residents.
