The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in main building and it could do with modernising. Every clean and functional but showing age. Attached to Beefeater so easy for breakfast and other meals. Across road from M&S food and McDonalds. Great for A3 links . Plenty of parking.

Reception nicely hidden st back, don't follow the reception signs - waste of time just goes into the Beefeater. Room in reasonable order but stinks of something like petrol. Toilet not vey clean. Not tried shower yet.

The facilities are good the staff are excellent, but I get a bit claustrophobic and despite all the good points, I couldn't sleep well because the windows can't be opened.
