Excellent location for Trafford Centre but Disabled folks beware: they have no telephones in the room, have lovely staff but clearly overworked as NO HOUSEKEEPING, you have to call the main Telephone number for any assistance or help of any kind and they DO NOT answer the phone "our staff are busy at the moment helping customers" & then switch you OFF. I am visually disabled & had to go down to reception (4pm) AFTER they cut me off. Now, the staff are EXCEPTIONALLY kind & helpful & went out of their way to help me but I felt bad at having to press on to them when clearly its their Corporate Policies that are the problem. I find Premier Inns management protocols disgraceful. Nowhere during the booking was there any mention that: 1. No room service 2. Not only no room telephone but you have to call a Central No & no guarantee anyone will answer you. 3. They are clearly deliberately understaffed. 4. Restaurant doesn't open till 5pm. I admit that room IS very good & hotel is fine for the able bodied healthy people. Plus rooms have excellent armchair, superb noise insulation & generally good amenities. But ABSOLUTELY NOT recommended for disabled people.
