Complete dive! Rooms look nothing like the pictures , won't be back! I have 2* overall, 1 star for the just about view of old trafford stadium, and the other for a decent breakfast ! Now for costing me £346 from friday-5am Sunday morning I would expect a lot lot more wouldn't you ! No phones to contact the desk downstairs, no bottled water in the rooms or a fridge , paint is all chipped off the wall , me and my father who visited for a match are sharing a double bedroom (with only 1 double bed) he has breathing difficulties and has to wear a mask at night which requires to be plugged in, and guess what.... no wall plug sockets beside the bed so he had to sleep tops tail the 1st night to which he couldn't sleep (he's 60) ... I'm writing this as we are on our 2nd night he has vacated to the old fashioned straight back chair and a table & pillow for his feet to sleep , I also requested the room to be cleaned as it is dirty and only had 2 towels , it states on the door hanger u put outside that "the room needs cleaned and I have let the desk know" So I went and told the desk. She replied awh they won't clean it with that on the door .... and her words I kid you not " what I have to do love is I've to physically call room service and request them to do it" I thought oook she then took a side step picked up her phone "physically"and dialled for the room service at some point today , I arrived back after the football match. Bed had been quickly made, & 2 new towels, I inspected the bedding and guess what , blood splatters on one side of the pillow !!! I could go on but im tired ! Long story short ..... faulty towers wouldn't get a look in !

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. STAFF MEMBER NAMED ETHAN WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE ROOM WAS OLD AND DIRTY. IT WAS SO COLD BUT THE HEATING WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. HAD TO KEEP GOING TO THE RECEPTION..NO PHONE IN THE ROOM SO CALLED THE RECEPTION WITH MY PHONE BUT NO ANSWER, CALLED SO MANY TIMES. WHEN I WENT TO RECEPTION THAT LIAR ETHAN SAID HE WAS BUSY BUT THIS WAS NOT TRUE. HE WAS SO NOT HELPFUL. HOPE SOME ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
