Have stayed here a few times and its usually okay. But my stay last night was a little disappointing, the place is understaffed more emphasis is given to the bar area so if you need anything from reception you'll have to wait. The staff as always are friendly and accommodating though, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Had room 311 and I have to say I was woken a few times early hours in the morning with people walking past the hotel after being out and other guests in and out of their rooms talking loudly in corridors and letting bedroom doors slam shut. Coming from Bury bus/ tram Station there is a subway to walk down to gain access to the hotel, but it's used as a cut through for people who live nearby etc. There are also offices facing the hotel so its kind of like a quadrangle, so voices are amplified, which is fine during the day but not early hours in the morning when your trying to get some sleep. I will stay again but will be requesting a room at the back.

Just left after a nice few days seeing family. Have to mention the lovely Joanne who seemed to always have a smile on her face even early in the morning and dealt with my allergen perfectly, also the other young lady but didn't get her name. Everything was walking distance and all very friendly indeed. Only down side is wifi dropped now and again but was free. Clean and spacious Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast and fish and chips

The hotel is in a slightly bizarre location and to get to the entrance was a little odd in my opinion. However, it is also ideally located near the bus station and tram station. The hotel is good. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. If I was staying in Bury again I would happily stay here again.
